The Role
- Lead the Community: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, ensuring our high standards of care and hospitality are met every single day.
- Cultivate a Family Culture: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering an environment where staff feel valued and residents feel loved.
- Build Relationships: Act as the primary face of The Oasis Living for residents, families, and the local community, building trust through transparent and empathetic communication.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee facilities to maintain a safe, serene, and thriving environment.
- Champion our Mission: Implement innovative programs that enhance the quality of life for our seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are exceeded.
Who we are looking for
- Proven Leadership: Experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare field.
- A Heart for Service: A genuine, deep-seated passion for senior care and a desire to treat every resident like a member of your own family.
- Strategic Thinker: A pro-active, self-motivated leader who can balance the “big picture” of business growth with the “small details” of daily resident life.
- Excellent Communicator: An outgoing personality with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with grace and professionalism.
- Credentialed Professional: Relevant state licensure or certification (where applicable) and a strong understanding of state regulations.
- Team Player: Someone who works well within a larger organizational structure while taking total ownership of their specific location.
