Oasis is a great place. The staff is welcoming and warm and patient. The living areas have plenty of room and are kept exceptionally clean. We were able to do a tour of the whole facility and ask the staff many questions and they were open and honest. I highly recommend it.

Dominique Calvert is the Business Office Manager at The Oasis of Plainfield, where Ms. Calvert keeps daily operations running smoothly and ensures a warm, organized environment for residents, families, and staff. Ms. Calvert is known for her strong problem‑solving skills and heart for service, she plays a key role in supporting the community and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Outside of work, Ms. Calvert enjoys staying active, playing sports, and spending quality time with her two young children, as well as with family and friends. Her commitment to both her work and her loved ones shines through in everything she does.

Activities Director
Pretty Kaur serves as the Activity Director at Oasis, bringing over a decade of dedicated experience in the senior living industry to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from an institution in India, where she specialized in textile design—a background that informs her creative and engaging approach to resident programming.
With 11 years of hands-on expertise in senior care, Ms. Kaur is committed to cultivating an enriching and inclusive community environment. Demitrius Mitchell

Maintenance Director
Demitrius Mitchell serves as Maintenance Director at The Oasis of Plainfield, overseeing the building systems, safety infrastructure, and upkeep of a senior living community that includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Mr. Mitchell brings a hands-on, trade-rooted background to the role, with experience in senior living maintenance and professional carpentry, along with an owner's sense of accountability from running his own businesses. Mr. Mitchell coordinates closely with contractors, vendors, and nursing staff to keep every system running reliably, guided by a simple belief that good maintenance is a form of care: a safe, comfortable, well-kept home for the people who live and work there.
